Redmond Diamond Center will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days within the purchase date with original receipt. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed on special order items, estate pieces and custom made jewelry. Any item purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Purchases made with a personal check will have a 3 day holding period, before customers can pick up merchandise. Purchases by cash will be refunded by check.
Redmond Diamond Center will upgrade undamaged loose diamonds and diamond stud earring at the purchased price (before tax and with original receipt). The new item must be at least 50% more of the purchase price of the trade in.
Redmond Diamond Center cannot be responsible for any estate sale pieces. All items are sold as is.
Redmond Diamond Center cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur in handling and setting. We cannot be responsible for damage attributable to unstable enhancement processes for pressure or heat-sensitive stones, or stones with fractures. We recommend that you have your jewelry insured.
Cleaning and Servicing:
Redmond Diamond Center is happy to clean any jewelry free of charge. Please know that we check your jewelry as best we can, but there are inherent qualities in jewelry that cannot be detected by visual inspection. Therefore we do not guarantee that your ring will not break or gem will not fall out, hence we recommend your jewelry be insured.
Jewelry Repair Guarantee:
Redmond Diamond Center repairs are guaranteed for 3 months, excluding unreasonable wear or abuse. Please note that most white gold jewelry is rhodium plated which is not a permanent treatment.
Diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict. Our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of our diamonds.
According to state law, we are only required to hold an item for 60 days after initial notice to owner.
