  1. Eligibility: Entrants must be legal US residents, at least 18 years of age or above.
  2. Sweepstake Entry: Entrants must be present at the store to fill out sweepstake form, limited to one entry form per customer. Entry form must be filled out completely with all required information. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  3. Prize: There will be 3 prizes winners. First prize will Diamond studs (2/3ct). Second prize will be 14K Blue Topaz Necklace. Third prize will be Silver Sapphires by the yard.
  4. Sweepstake Period: The sweepstake begins November 29, 2022, at 10am PST and ends December 24 th , 2022 at 4pm PST.
  5. Winner Notifications: The sweepstake winner will be notified by phone and/or email by Monday, December 26th, 2022, prize must be picked up in store by Monday, January, 20 th , 2022 by 5pm PST. Winner must have a valid phone/email address where to be notified, or sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.
  6. Prize Acceptance/Restrictions: Winner is subject to verification by Redmond Diamond Center of the winner’s name, age and address. In order to claim the prize, winner must appear in person at Redmond Diamond Center, located at 2888 Loker Ave E #222 Carlsbad 92010, Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.
  7. Publicity Release: By participating in the sweepstake, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the sweepstake constitutes that entrant’s consent to use for future promotion and advertising purposes.
  8. Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the sweepstake or any portion hereof. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with the sweepstake in any way or use fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the sweepstake shall be disqualified.
