Return Policy:

Redmond Diamond Center will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days within the purchase date with original receipt. Jewelry must be in a new condition. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed on special order items, estate pieces, engraved item and custom made jewelry. Any item purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Purchases made with a personal check will have a 3 day holding period, before customers can pick up merchandise. Purchases by cash will be refunded by check.

Shipping policy:

Redmond Diamond Center offers standard and expedited shipping on all online order. Shipping is free. All orders will require a customer signature. We ship only in the US. International shipping is unavailable.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process all orders. Processing times don't include transit time. Transit time is typically between 2-7 business days.

Please note that normal processing times may increase during the holidays and peak seasons.

Diamond Upgrade:

Redmond Diamond Center will upgrade natural , undamaged loose diamonds and diamond stud earring at the purchased price (before tax and with original receipt). The new item must be at least 50% more of the purchase price of the trade in.

Diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee

We want that our customers be completely happy with the diamond and color gemstone jewelry from the day that they make purchase. That's why we guarantee our diamond and color gemstone jewelry for a lifetime, as long as 6- month inspections have been performed by authorized representative.

Stone replacement:

We will replace, free of charge, any diamond (.25ct & below), emerald, ruby or sapphire covered by this Guarantee if it chips, breaks or is lost from its original setting during normal wear. In order for your Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your diamond and/or gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized representative at Redmond Diamond Center. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.
*This includes the labor and materials necessary to set the replacement diamond or gemstone. 

Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections 
Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into Redmond Diamond Center as often as you wish for free professional cleaning and inspection.

Estate Jewelry:

Redmond Diamond Center cannot be responsible for any estate sale pieces. All items are sold as is.

Liability:

Redmond Diamond Center cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur in handling and setting. We cannot be responsible for damage attributable to unstable enhancement processes for pressure or heat-sensitive stones, or stones with fractures. We recommend that you have your jewelry insured.

Jewelry Repair Guarantee:

Redmond Diamond Center repairs are guaranteed for 3 months, excluding unreasonable wear or abuse. Please note that most white gold jewelry is rhodium plated which is not a permanent treatment.

Diamond Disclosure:

Diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict. Our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of our diamonds.

Unclaimed Property:

According to state law, we are only required to hold an item for 60 days after initial notice to owner.
